What Can I Expect?
Here’s what your first Sunday looks like
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by friendly faces ready to help you find your way—whether that’s checking in your kids, finding a class, or grabbing a cup of coffee.
What do people wear?
You’ll see everything from jeans to dresses to suits—whether casual or dressed up, you’ll fit right in.
Bringing little ones? We’ve Got You Covered.
For Nursery through Pre-K have a secure check-in process, and our volunteers are carefully screened so you can feel confident your child is safe and cared for.
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early for check-in.
Not ready for nursery?
Little ones are always welcome in service, and we have a kids table in the back of the sanctuary with quiet activities for Pre-K and younger.
During worship
- Nursery & Pre-K: Available during service
- Elementary Kids (K-5th): Begin worship with their families, then are dismissed to Kids Church after music
- Kids are always welcome to stay with their families

Family Fusion Sundays (5th Sundays)
On 5th Sundays, kids join the main worship service with their families (Nursery through Pre-K is still available). These special Sundays give children the opportunity to worship alongside their church family and grow through the example of others.

Yes! HBC Café is open Sunday mornings, and every 3rd Sunday, breakfast tacos are on us.
